CERTIFEYE The Eternity Palette

I have seen palettes by Certifeye on BeautyBay.com before and always thought that they looked beautiful, but I haven’t really heard anything about them from beauty influencers so I was sceptical about purchasing one. I decided to purchase the one I knew I would get the most use out of and it is exactly the colour story that attracts me to palettes.   The packaging is quite simple. It is made out of white cardboard and it has a rectangular shape. The design is quite plain, it just says “Do good and good will come to you” across it in a berry brush script font. It has a magnetic closing that you just lift up to reveal the square eyeshadow pans. The pans are arranged in three rows of six and each shade has its name printed underneath it. You can purchase this palette for £30.00 from Certifeye.co.uk and BeautyBay.com. You get eighteen 1.4g eyeshadows in Matte (M) and Shimmer (S) finishes. FeelUnique PICK & MIX #1

I am going to talk about some more perfume samples today, but this time they are from a sort of sample subscription service that FeelUnique.com offers. I chose all five of my samples and there were many options to choose from, not just perfumes. I did choose all perfumes for my samples as that is what I was most interested in trying at the time of my purchase. The way it works is that you have to be logged into your FeelUnique account and then you can make your order. You can select up to five different samples from categories, such as; Body, Hair, Fragrance, Make-Up, Skincare and Sun & Tan. You will only get charged a shipping/handling fee of £3.95. Once your order has been despatched you will receive a Gift Voucher worth £3.95, which you can use against future orders (some exclusions apply). Only one of these subscriptions can be purchased per household within one calendar month. This is because you are technically being paid £3.95 to order up to five free samples! P

BY BEAUTY BAY Liquid Crystal Eyeshadow in Malachite

I have been interested in this product for a while now and I always held off buying one as I already own Stila and HUDA BEAUTY versions and I don’t often use them. I finally decided to order one in a beautiful green shade. It is the one that appealed to me the most and looking at the swatches online, it seems like the most opaque one. I don’t have a colour like it in my Stila or HUDA BEAUTY ones. Malachite - emerald green shimmer This liquid eyeshadow is mean’t to be long lasting, creamy and leave you with an ultra-metallic finish that doesn’t smudge, fade or crease. You can wear it alone or over other products and it can be used on your eyes, lips and cheeks. It also comes in a variety of glitter and metallic shades and it is cruelty-free and vegan. You can purchase them for £6.00 (4.5ml) each from BeautyBay.com. My First Impressions It has a paddle brush stick applicator just like the Stila and HUDA BEAUTY versions. The formula is thinner in consistency than the

Dominique Cosmetics Latte 2 Palette

I have known about this brand for a while now and I haven’t purchased one of the palettes before because I had too many other ones and I also couldn’t decide which one to get. I almost bought Celestial Storm because of the orange, red and pink shades, but I have a lot of those shades already in other palettes so I decided on a more neutral palette. I preferred the look of Latte 2 over the original Latte because it has some brighter colours included and the brighter colours are more wearable for me than the blue and pink shades included in the original Latte Palette. The packaging is rectangular in shape and made out of cardboard. It is beige in colour and has a sort of spilled coffee stain design all over it. It has a magnetic closing which you lift up to reveal the inside of the palette. The spilled coffee stain theme follows through to the inside. The eyeshadows are in large circle pans and the shade names are printed underneath. You also get a mirror and the eyeshadows kind

Serial Sampler #23

I have three perfume samples to share with you today. I bought them as a gift set so I could test them. I had already smelled one of the scents before and I remembered liking it, so I thought I would try the other two. They are not your regular sample vials; they are extremely cute mini perfume bottles! They are Ari , Sweet Like Candy and Moonlight by Ariana Grande and they are 7.5ml mini dabber bottles of the eau de parfums. ARI This bottle is transparent clear glass. It contains a mixture of notes such as; Pear, Grapefruit, Raspberry, Lily-Of-The-Valley, Rose, Vanilla Orchid, Musk, Woody Notes and Marshmallow. I had smelled this one before when it was first launched and I remembered liking it and I still do. It smells fresh, fruity and woody. You can really smell the raspberry, vanilla orchid and woody notes. I’m not sure I would re-purchase it though, even though it does remind me a little of Black Star by Avril Lavigne. You can buy it in 30ml (£22/$

Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Lipsticks

I tried these lipsticks a while ago and I did recently de-clutter them all (April). I thought I would still share the swatches with you for reference. I only de-cluttered them because I didn’t use them, not because I didn’t like them. Poet (60) - soft beige pink Seductress (65) - dusty beige rose Amazonian (70) - rich caramel brown Fighter (75) - rich gingerbread brown Self-Starter (130) - muted smoky peach Ground-Breaker (117) - dark orange red Lover (15) - dusty rose Ruler (80) - marsala red Voyager (50) - cool toned wine red Heroine (25) - bright scarlet red Creator (35) - bright violet Believer (40) - dark eggplant purple These matte liquid lipsticks are mean’t to be long lasting and stay on for twelve hours. They should also have intense colour pay-off and be non-drying to the lips. The arrow shaped applicator is mean’t to make it easy and more precise to apply the product to your lips. You can purchase them for £9.99 each from Boots,

Anastasia Beverly Hills X Jackie Aina Palette

This palette is in collaboration with Jackie Aina, who is a Beauty Influencer on YouTube. It is mean’t to be limited edition, but it has been out almost a year now and it is still for sale. I feel like it didn’t quite get it’s full moment and time to shine as the Carli Bybel (also a Beauty Influencer on YouTube) collaboration palette was released not long after. Up until the pandemic hit, Anastasia Beverly Hills were known for quickly putting out new products with little time left in between new launches. Nevertheless, this palette does look beautiful. The packaging is the usual ABH slim rectangle shape and it is made out of metallic faux leather and has a crocodile scale print. The base of the print is a kind of nude shade and it reflects green, blue, pink, yellow, orange and purple. Almost like a duo-chrome eyeshadow. It has a magnetic closing which you lift up to reveal the inside. The inside has a black base containing the small square eyeshadow pans, the shade names are w
