Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream

This morning I received my free samples of Maybelline’s BB Cream. As you can see, you get three sachets and all the samples come in shade Light. I have already tested it, but I didn’t think much, so I will use the remaining sachets before I make up my mind completely. I won’t do a proper review unless I like it. If I don’t like it I will post again and say why, but it won’t be a review, just an FYI!

I ordered the free samples from Facebook and they currently only do them in the shade Light!

Oden's Eye Solmåne Eyeshadow Palette

I first heard of this indie brand through watching Angelika Oles’ beauty channel on YouTube. Oden’s Eye is a Swedish indie brand and they make Norse mythology themed products. This is one of two eyeshadow palettes I decided to purchase; I also picked up the two matching highlighter palettes. THE PACKAGING The packaging is small and rectangular in shape. It is made out of cardboard and it has a sort of textured covering (like on pogs). The design and imagery is so unique to the brand. Solmåne means the sun and moon in Swedish. Sol represents the Sun Goddess and Måne represents the Moon God. Both Gods are represented on the packaging. There is a colour split of warm and cool toned shades (lavender, pink, orange & yellow) along with moon, star and Norse symbols. The wheel around the Gods is metallic gold, so it really reflects the light when you move the palette around. The eyeshadow shade names are printed on the back of the palette. Empties #10 - August & September 2013

I have combined two month’s worth of empties again. At the end of August my box wasn’t that full, so I decided to carry on collecting and hope I use up more stuff. The majority of stuff I used up was necessities as usual, but there are some extra bits too. Review: Travalo Classic

I was sorting through some old pictures in my blog folder on my computer and I came across some Travalo pictures I took, and remembered I was mean’t to do a post about it. So better late than never, I am going to share with you how to use it and what I think.
