Graze - Box #12

I have another Graze box to share with you today. Three of the packets were new to me, so I was excited to try them.

A closer look at my treats.
Cracking Black Peppercorn

“Crunchy rice crackers with cracked black pepper”

I have had these several times before and I think it is my favourite Graze snack overall. They are just so yummy!
Smoky Chipotle Dip

“With rosemary breadsticks”

The rosemary breadsticks are amazing! They are the perfect savoury snack. I didn’t try the dip because I didn’t want to spoil the breadsticks. I think Graze does rosemary very well because the crostini they do, is also delicious!
Graze’s Smoky Hot Dog

“Sweet mustard breadsticks, cheese croutons & smoked cashews”

This is my first experience with this packet. The mustard breadsticks tasted ok and were nice and crunchy. The mustard seasoning was very slight and you could barely taste it, which was kind of good for me because I don’t like mustard. I have had the cheese croutons before and they are nice and crunchy and not too cheesy. I wasn’t keen on the cashews because I’m not really a fan of the smoky flavour in general.
Light Lemon & Poppy Slice

“Guilt free high tee”

It smells quite lemony and it has a light taste with a slightly grainy texture, due to the poppy seeds. They complement each other quite well and I really enjoyed it.
Afternoon Infusion

“Specially blended assam and Kenyan leaves”

I have had this tea before and it is ok, but like I said previously, I wouldn’t order/buy it to drink.

This was a really great box! My favourites were the cracking black peppercorn and the rosemary breadsticks. I can’t wait for my next box!

Glossybox #25 - February 2019

This is my third Glossybox since I re-subscribed last year. It is also the Valentine’s Day themed box. I would say that so far, this box seems to be the one most tailored to my usual interests. I received seven products in this box, technically six because two go hand in hand. HUDA BEAUTY Lip Contour in Venus This lip pencil formula is supposed to be waterproof and transfer-free. It should glide on effortlessly and give your lips an intense shot of colour. You can use it to contour or colour your lips or pair it with a lipstick. Venus is a warm beige nude shade. It glides onto your lips very easy, but it feels a little tacky when you fill your whole lips in with it. I’m not sure how often I would use this seeing as though I have never used lip liner. I prefer liquid lipsticks and I don’t feel the need to line my lips before applying it. | 1.20g - £16.00 | NAILS INC Nail Varnish in Status Ready This nail polish should be long lasting and super glossy. It is a deep che

Jeffree Star Cosmetics Jawbreaker Palette

I bought this palette back when it first launched (summer 2019) and I was interested in it so I could experiment more with bright colours. The colour selection definitely doesn’t disappoint and I was expecting it to be the same quality as the Blood Sugar Palette, if not slightly better! The packaging is quite a large rectangular shape and made out of metallic pink cardboard with colourful dots/dashes all over representing a jawbreaker pattern. The name of the palette is in a slightly raised font. It has a magnetic closing which you lift to reveal the twenty-four eyeshadow pans arranged on a white background. The other side is the same pattern as the front cover with a mirror. You can purchase it for £54.00 ($58.00) from JeffreeStarCosmetics.com and BeautyBay.com. You get twenty-four 1.50g eyeshadows in Matte (M), Shimmer (S) and Metallic (ME) finishes. Swatch Stencil: Stripes Double 14 Pan by SwatchPerfect.co.uk Virgin - bone white (M) Good Morning - soft pink

e.l.f Earth & Ocean Palette

I haven’t purchased anything from e.l.f in the longest time. I happened upon a post of this palette on Instagram and the complimentary comments really peaked my interest in trying it for myself. Palettes I have tried from e.l.f. in the past haven’t been the greatest of quality; I kind of associate the brand as being for children, beginners or natural beauty wearers. I was also interested in the Retro Paradise Palette , but I thought I would get more use out of this one at the moment.   THE PACKAGING The packaging is quite simple with a clear/black outlined plastic rectangular shape. The fronting is transparent so that you can see the eyeshadows from the outside of the palette. It has a clip closing, which you push apart to reveal the inside. The square eyeshadow pans are spread out across a black base and the shade names are printed in grey font under each pan. THE EYESHADOWS & FORMULA You get eighteen 0.94g eyeshadows in Matte (M), Metallic (ME), Glitter (G), Satin (S) and Shimmer
