Perfume Power! - Christina Aguilera 'Glam X'

I have been purchasing and testing a lot of Christina Aguilera perfumes and this one was next on my list.

The bottle has a yellow gold glass rounded hourglass shape with a black lace flower design near the neck of the bottle and the name is written in red font across the front. It also has a plastic diamond shaped cap and a regular perfume spritzer.

The fragrance notes are:-

Top Notes: Mandarin Orange, Peach, Star Anise & Orange Blossom

Middle Notes: Freesia, Lily-of-the-Valley, Heliotrope & Jasmine

Base Notes: Sandalwood, Amber, Musk & Benzoin

The bottle is very nice and the scent does last quite a long time on your skin. You can mostly smell the musk and floral notes, which make it, smell deep and kind of mature. When I first smelled it, I didn’t like it. It is not my typical kind of scent, but it is ok. It kind of reminds me of Loverdose by Diesel, which has liquorice as a note.

I personally wouldn’t re-purchase it, but I would recommend it.

I’ve always been interested in trying Escada fragrances, but there are so many to choose from and I didn’t want to risk buying a full size bottle. I came across this little gift set whilst I was shopping online at Boots and clicked buy straight away! All four fragrances are in a tiny, but cute 4ml potion looking bottle. An advertisement popped up on Facebook with an offer of a free sample of this new fragrance and I clicked straight away! I have previously tested the original scent of this fragrance line and I loved it, so I was also expecting to like this one. It is Born In Roma Yellow Dream by Valentino and it is a 1.2ml spritzer sample of the eau de parfum. “ A floral lift of a thousand rose petals, twisted with a new clean and fresh addiction. ” Launched: 2021 Type: Floral / Feminine (Donna) Notes Top: Italian Lemon. Middle: Rose Essence. Base: Clean Accord and White Musks. This is a very soft and delicate floral scent with a fresh musk hint.
