Oden's Eye Solmåne Highlighter Palette

I first heard of this indie brand through watching Angelika Oles’ beauty channel on YouTube. Oden’s Eye is a Swedish indie brand and they make Norse mythology themed products. This is one of two highlighter palettes I decided to purchase; I also picked up the two matching eyeshadow palettes. I have already posted a review on the Oden's Eye Solmåne Eyeshadow Palette.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
The packaging matches the eyeshadow palette, but it is more purple and mauvy toned. The design and imagery is so unique to the brand. Solmåne means the sun and moon in Swedish. Sol represents the Sun Goddess and Måne represents the Moon God. Both Gods are represented on the packaging, just like on the eyeshadow palette.
 
You get four 7.5g highlighters in a metallic finish.

Ljus - light champagne
Stjärna - milky white base with purple shift

MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS
I adore the packaging and I really like the formula. All four shades are beautiful on the skin and they can be built up for more intensity. The formula kind of reminds me of the KALEIDOS Space Age Highlighters, where you do not get a cast of colour at all, but when the light hits the cheek bones, you see the beautiful beam. The shade Måne is almost like a topper shade, it is very glittery and not for the faint of heart. I have been using this palette every day for work since I bought it. I am surprised I haven’t hit pan yet! I mostly use Ljus and Sol as they are more natural looking. I highly recommend you give this palette a try. I hope O'sE come out with more highlighter palettes. I would love a nice sort of pearly green champagne highlighter.

This is one of two eyeshadow palettes I decided to purchase; I also picked up the two matching highlighter palettes.   THE PACKAGING The packaging is small and rectangular in shape. It is made out of cardboard and it has a sort of textured covering (like on pogs). The design and imagery is so unique to the brand. Solmåne means the sun and moon in Swedish. Sol represents the Sun Goddess and Måne represents the Moon God. Both Gods are represented on the packaging. There is a colour split of warm and cool toned shades (lavender, pink, orange & yellow) along with moon, star and Norse symbols. The wheel around the Gods is metallic gold, so it really reflects the light when you move the palette around. The eyeshadow shade names are printed on the back of the palette. Empties #10 - August & September 2013

I have combined two month’s worth of empties again. At the end of August my box wasn’t that full, so I decided to carry on collecting and hope I use up more stuff.
