There was a 50% off offer (when you spent £20) on eyeslipsface.co.uk and I just had to take advantage of it. The sale had been on a few days before I got there, so I didn’t get as much stuff as I thought I would. A few shades of some of the items I wanted were sold out! I still bought some new things and everything I bought is new to me, so you should expect quite a few e.l.f reviews next year!

I bought items from each of the three lines e.l.f currently has. From the essential line I bought two Lip Balm Tints in Berry and Peach, Clarifying Pressed Powder in Ivory and an Eyeshadow Brush. From the mineral line I bought two Mineral Lipsticks in Barely Bitten and Ripe Rose and a Mineral Eyeliner in Midnight. And lastly from the studio line I bought a Baked Eyeshadow in Pixie, a Blush in Blushing Rose and a pack of Lotion Wipes in Cucumber & Melon.

I am very much looking forward to trying out these products, especially the lip balm tints. Hopefully in the New Year, the website will be re-stocked and I can get what I couldn’t this time.

Escada Collector's Edition Gift Set

I’ve always been interested in trying Escada fragrances, but there are so many to choose from and I didn’t want to risk buying a full size bottle. I came across this little gift set whilst I was shopping online at Boots and clicked buy straight away! All four fragrances are in a tiny, but cute 4ml potion looking bottle. Here are the four scents you get to try:- TURQUOISE SUMMER This bottle is a turquoise/clear theme and contains the notes; pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, peach, violet, orange blossom, vanilla, sandalwood and musk. It smells really strong of orange blossom and kind of like a car air freshener. It does linger quite a while on the skin, but it is not really a strong scent. Overall I don’t like this scent. It doesn’t really smell of anything to me and what you can smell isn’t what I would call pleasant. I give this perfume 1/5 . Boots Fragrance Sampler Gift Set for Her 2015

I decided to treat myself to this little fragrance set. As you know, I am a perfume addict and I’m quite addicted to collecting perfume samples too! It’s this year’s Boots Fragrance Sampler set for Her. I saw last year’s advertised but I always thought it was a little expensive for what you get. The set basically contains eight samples of Boots best-selling female fragrances by other brands. The set comes in a small, thin cardboard box and each sample is set inside a plastic insert. You also get a small fragrance guide and the voucher, which is what you’ll need to get your full size bottle of your favourite sample.
