FeelUnique.com Haul #1

I went a little crazy last weekend and purchased quite a bit from FeelUnique! I buy stuff from there all of the time, but I don’t usually buy this much in one go.

I accidentally made my first ever NARS purchase. It popped up on the homepage and I just clicked it. It is the NARS NARSISSIST Unfiltered 2 Cheek Palette. It has six shades of pink toned shades for your cheeks and I am very excited to test them out. Plus the packaging is so sleek! I got two Urban Decay Eyeshadows in Mildew and Maui Wowie. I picked up three products from NYX; NYX High Definition Eyeshadow Base and two NYX Slide On Pencils in Purple Blaze and Tropical Green. I also got The Vintage Cosmetic Company Slanted Tweezers in Rose Gold, because they are rose gold! Lastly, because I spent a certain amount of money I could get two free samples. I chose the Benefit they’re Real! Push-Up Liner and Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Bloom EDT.

I can’t wait to start using everything. Hopefully, nothing too appealing will be released beauty wise. I definitely don’t need to buy more!

Boots.com Haul #2 + Blog Sale Purchase

I thought I would share a haul with you today. I haven’t done one for a while but I recently ordered a few items from Boots and I wanted to let you know about it. I bought the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette , which includes two sample sachets of the deep cleansing gel. I have been waiting for something like this and I cannot wait to try it. I simply refuse to buy the Sigma version, plus I don’t think it needs to be that big. I also got a packet of the Oral-B Precision Clean Electric Toothbrush Heads because they were on offer and I got eight for the price of four. I got four tubes of the Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Hand Sanitiser because I absolutely love the scent and I wanted to put them in difference rooms so they are always to hand when needed. Serial Sampler #31

This is a new perfume release for this year. I came across it by pure chance when I was asked to choose some free samples when I made a FeelUnique.com order. This scent was one of the two I chose to receive. It is Irresistible by GIVENCHY and it is a 1ml spritzer sample of the eau de parfum. “ Rose effervescent. Luscious rose dancing with radiant blond wood ” It contains a mixture of notes such as; Pear, Ambrette, Rose, Iris, Virginia Cedar and Musk. When it is first sprayed, it kind of smells like soap. As it starts to dry down, it still smells slightly soapy but the ambrette, rose, iris and musk notes start to peek through. Once it has fully dried down it smells less soapy and more florally. It is definitely a more soft mature scent. It does smell nice, fresh and does remind me of spring. It isn’t a scent I am typically drawn to, so I probably will not buy a bottle of it. I received this perfume sample for FREE when I spent over a certain amount of money on a LookFantastic.com order. I actually purchased the full sized bottle (90ml) of the Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau de Parfum. It is My Way by Armani and it is a 1.2ml spritzer sample of the eau de parfum. It contains a mixture of notes such as; Bergamot, Orange Blossom, Tuberose, Indian Jasmine, Madagascar Vanilla, White Musk and Virginian Cedar. This strikes me as a mature scent. It smells like something I have tested before, but I can’t quite recall the name of it. It is a very delicate and light fragrance and is definitely floral based. It is not my typical scent, but I do appreciate it. I can really smell the bergamot, tuberose, jasmine and musk notes. I would recommend it, but I personally wouldn’t wear it.
