I am going to share with you a few recent purchases I have made. I haven’t included necessities, such as, deodorant because they are repetitive, so I just decided to include make-up items and items I know will be mentioned in a blog post at some point. I haven’t really bought much and to cut down reading time, I have simply included the name of the product, how much I bought it for and where I bought it from. I am hauling a few items that I have purchased recently from various different places. I was really excited about my new brush holder, I love them! From Boots I bought a Max Factor Xperience Mascara in Black, the price would have been £10.99, but I got £3 off because I had a voucher from Easter. I also got a free product from Max Factor because I bought one of their mascaras, the gift was the same for everyone but you could pick the shade you wanted, I got the Smoky Effect Eyeshadow in Bronze Haze (2), I chose this one because the colours are neutral, the price would have been £7.99. From Superdrug I just bought NYC Expert Last Nail Polish in Lights-Camera-Glitter (105), for £2.49. I had been wanting this polish for a while, but my Superdrug hardly ever restock the NYC counter, so I couldn’t get it, but I was in luck this time. This is Max Factor's dual ended smoky cream eyeshadow stick, with an all over lid colour and a crease/contour colour. I got the shade 2 in Bronze Haze. Step 1 is the lid colour and Step 2 is the crease/contour colour, but you can mix and match them if you want to. On the website is says that this product is a "fool proof new tool that shades, blends and defines your eyes for this season’s sultriest, sexiest looks" and "its double-ended application system has 2 distinctive tips designed to make smoky eyes easier than ever". The make-up artists say, "for the perfect daytime smoky eye - go neutral. First blend the lighter end over your eyelid and finish by applying the darker end along the lash line and into the crease of your eye. I just thought I would share with you one of my Easter gifts. I actually got it yesterday because it was from my Auntie, Uncle and Cousins and they live in Nottingham, where as I live in Lincolnshire. I don’t really celebrate Easter because I am Agnostic/Atheist, but my family still give gifts/Easter eggs and receive them, because there are some family members that celebrate/believe. Because of my age I don’t receive much chocolate/sweets; me and my sister tend to receive money or small gifts on special occasions. Me and my sister received similar items. The gifts came in a Soap & Glory gift bag, which I love. Inside there was a Gwen Stefani Harajuku Lovers Fragrance in G (10ml), I am not sure which collection it is from, but G has curled short blonde hair with a black bow headband and is wearing a crop top and mini skirt with stockings, she is so cute.
