I believe this is the third V.I.P. Expert Palette that BY TERRY has released. I remember seeing two being released early last year and I almost bought one (Paris By Light), but I changed my mind because the shades are what I already have twice over. I remember this one being released at the end of last year and I decided not to purchase it for the same reasons as the last one, but as you can see I relented and it is really down to the design on the packaging. I am very drawn to anything that has the Eiffel Tower on it and I have always had an interest in France, even though I have only ever visited the country twice! The colour story is very appealing to me, even though it is not unique and the palette packaging is also purple, my favourite colour. I was hoping to have posted about this last Thursday, but it took a while for my box to arrive. There was an issue with some people’s subscriptions and it mean’t some orders were not generated for existing subscribers. The issue was corrected and I have now received my box.
