Don’t you just hate it when a brand discontinues your favourite product? Well, I certainly do! I thought I would share with you the products I wish weren’t discontinued. I have re-used some of my old photos for the products, I apologise for the quality. Here are the ten discontinued products I could think of so far:-   Avril Lavigne Black Star Eau de Parfum This perfume was launched way back in 2009 and it is still one of my favourites to this day. I haven’t actually smelled anything like it. The notes are; Black Currant, Mango, Pear, Jasmine, Lotus, Hibiscus, Musk, Sandalwood, Vanille and Mexican Chocolate. It was discontinued a few years ago, I’m not exactly sure when. I remember last seeing it for sale around 2013-2015. I don’t know why it was discontinued because it was a stunning fragrance. I used up my last bottle around two years ago and I am so sad it is no longer available. You can still find old bottles of it on eBay but bottles are being advertised for £100.00...

I was browsing Boots website, as I had other Soap & Glory products to re-purchase and I came across their new fragrance mist line. I believe there are only three scents at the moment, all 100ml; Sugar Crush, Mist You Madly and Fruitigo. I decided to get Sugar Crush because the body scrub of the same scent smells amazing. The bottle is rectangular and made of lime coloured glass. It has a bit of weight to it and looks kind of expensive. The cap is made of silver plastic and has a lime green band around the middle. To apply the scent, you pull off the cap which reveals the usual perfume spritzer and dispenses the scent when pressed. The fragrance notes are:- Sweet Lime, Vanilla & Musk First of all, the bottle design is amazing and the scent does smell exactly like the body scrub, but there is a slight variance. I have done a bit more shopping lately and thought I would share with you what I got. I will start off with the items I bought online. From LookFantastic I got the Benefit The Bronze of Champions Set , which includes Hoola Bronzer , Thanks A Latte Eyeshadow , Hoola Lipgloss , Bikini-Tini Cream Eyeshadow , Watt’s Up! Cream Highlighter and They’re Real! Mascara . I really wanted this to try more Benefit products, plus the packaging is brilliant! From BeautyBay I really wanted the CARGO Vintage Escape Palette , but I missed out on it, so I got the CARGO Suited To A Tea Palette instead. This includes twelve cream eyeshadows, with names inspired by a tea party. Lastly from the internet, I got a bigger size of Britney Spears Circus Fantasy Perfume from AllBeauty . I’ve not even started to get through my smaller size, but I love it so much that I had to get a bigger size, just in case it has gone when I’m ready for another bottle. Today I am going to review two Impulse scents that I haven’t previously tried before. I had seen these when they first came out, but decided I wasn’t really interested in them! I happened to be shopping one day and saw them and just decided to pick them both up to try out. They also sound like they are part of the same line, so I thought it would be a good idea for me to review them in one post. Loving Words The can design I have is a kind of jade colour, which is the main base colour. Underneath the logo there are a lot of different coloured words making up a heart. All the permanent scents have since had their cans re-designed. This can is now white based with a jade green bottom design with lilac flowers. The new design is very girly and it is nice, but not as eye-catching as the design of the can I currently have! You get 75ml of product in the can. I was interested in trying this body spray and I needed to get some things from Boots and noticed there was a 3 for 2 offer on, so I decided to get this as my free product. The bottle design is quite simple. It is a plastic cuboid shaped bottle with a spritz applicator. The cap is a gold colour and on the front of the bottle is a sticker showing various folded pieces of paper in shades of pink. You get 150ml of product in the bottle. The fragrance notes are:- Rose, Sandalwood, Raspberry & Vanilla It is definitely a strong mature scent, but still very feminine. I can actually smell all the notes, but the sandalwood stands out to me the most because I quite like sandalwood as a separate note. I think the hints of rose tone down the sandalwood so it is not so strong. Although it is a strong scent it is not overpowering, which I like. It also means this scent lasts a long time on your skin. Spray me, I’m Impulsive.... This is a review on canned body sprays I have tried and some I still have because I love them. I was initially going to just review the Impulse ones, but I decided to include the Wilko’s ones too as a less expensive option, plus I love one of them. Impulse Impulse is a perfume deodorant/body spray brand, which is part of the Unilever brand of products. It was first launched in 1972 in South Africa, but only launched in the UK in 1981. They have a wide range of scents compatible for all females of all ages. I have also tried Very Pink , but I used it up a while ago and didn’t want to re-purchase it just for this review, but it was a very nice scent, but not one I would re-purchase.
