Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliners

I have always wanted to try out these eyeliners, but I was put off by the applicators as I wasn’t good at applying liquid eyeliners with those types of applicators, I prefer liquid eyeliner pens. I finally gave in and purchased three shades as I heard nothing but good reviews about them. ABOUT THE PRODUCT You get 7.5ml glitter gel inside a cylindrical tube with a thin tipped brush applicator. ·          Hardcore & Intense Sparkle ·          Gel Formula (won’t separate in tube) ·          Wear alone or layer over eyeshadow/other eyeliners ·          Precise Thin Tipped Brush ·          Contains; Peach, Cucumber & Carrot Extracts ·          Vegan ·          Cruelty-Free   THE SHADES & SWATCHES Vol...

Urban Decay X Game of Thrones Palette

I kind of squealed with delight when I saw the teaser for this collection. Game of Thrones is one of my favourite ever TV series and I do like Urban Decay make-up. I was considering purchasing the collection vault, but I stopped myself as I knew I wouldn’t use everything and I didn’t want to waste money. You can buy the whole collection (13 pieces) as a vault, which will you set you back £198.00 ($250.00)! The contents of the vault are; Game of Thrones Palette , Mother of Dragons Highlighter Palette , Dracarys Lip & Cheek Stain , 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils ( Dragon Smoke , Lannister Gold , The Night King & Winterfell Snow ), Vice Lipsticks ( Cersei Lannister , Daenerys Targaryen , Sansa Stark & White Walker ), Jon Snow’s Large Longclaw Eyeshadow Brush and Arya Stark’s Needle Flat Eyeshadow Brush . The packaging is made out of cardboard and it is large and rectangular with a dark design on the outside and a Westeros map design on the inside. It looks a bi...

Haul: Recent Purchases #7

I have purchased a hell of a lot of beauty related items between Christmas, New Year and beyond, I have completely gone mental!!! I can’t quite believe how much I have purchased or spent. I got discounts off the majority of the items, but it is still a lot to process. I thought I may as well share with you what I purchased. From BeautyBay.com, I got the Melt Cosmetics Eyeshadow Stack in Haze , ZOEVA Classic Brush Holder , RINCÓN Sugar Rush Palette and the BPERFECT Stacey Marie Carnival Palette . I already have three of the brush holders and I am also interested in getting another eyeshadow stack in the not so distant future. I originally saw this stack a month or so ago, but I was put off by the price, when I saw it discounted just after Christmas, I took advantage. The Rincon palette I believe is new and the colour story is right up my street. I first saw the carnival palette a few months ago and I was like, no, I don’t like colour. My tastes keep changing and I am now start...

Haul: Recent Purchases #6

I thought I would share a haul with you today. I have made several purchases here and there since my last haul, but I thought I would share these items with you today and I purchased them all around the same time. First of all I purchased a few things from FeelUnique.com. I bought the Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Setting Powder , Urban Decay De-Slick Complexion Primer , Maybelline Baby Skin Primer and Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipsticks in Believer and Heroine . I also received two skincare samples with this order and got my Platinum Member discount off all of the Urban Decay products. I also made a small Jeffree Star Cosmetics order on BeautyBay.com. I purchased two Velour Liquid Lipsticks in Anna Nicole and Leo and Reflective Make-Up Bag in Dark Blue . I also wanted the Pumpkin Pie liquid lipstick from JSC, but it was out of stock. I am also interested in the Flamethrower shade as well, but it is such a bright block orange shade and it kind of sca...

Urban Decay Naked Palette DISCONTINUED!

Photo Source: http://www.mrs-kim.com/ I’m sure we all heard the sad news yesterday that Urban Decay have sadly decided to discontinue their original Naked Palette! I was quite shocked to hear it because it is a very popular and famous neutral palette and I remember really wanting it when it was first released, but it was a while before I actually purchased it. Apparently it has been around for 8 years now already and they have extended the Naked range vastly since then. I actually only own the Naked Heat and the Naked Heat Petite Palettes from the range now. I used to have the original Naked, Naked 2, Naked 3, Naked Smoky and Naked Basics 2, but I got rid of them all because I wasn’t really using them and I had so many other palettes that give you a similar if not the same look. I am really tempted to re-purchase the original again because it is being discontinued, but I think I will leave it. I have so many other palettes to play with and Urban Decay is alread...

Haul: Recent Purchases #5

I have been rather naughty lately and bought quite a few new cosmetics and I can’t wait to test them all out! I got the most stuff from FeelUnqiue.com and the products are from a couple of separate orders. I got the Benefit Boiing Brightening Concealer in No 1 , Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil in No 3 and a sample/mini of the brand new Benefit Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation in No 1 . Also, because I bought two Benefit products on one of my orders, I got a free large Benefit Tote Bag . I also re-purchased a Rimmel Brow This Way in 004 Clear and got the new Urban Decay Beached Palette and a brush works Combination Tweezer Set . I am a Platinum Member on FeelUnique.com, so I get 10% off any product from my favourite brand. I chose Urban Decay as my favourite brand over a year ago, so I get 10% off anything I order from them. I also made my first Superdrug.com order in a couple of years! I was interested in a couple of palettes and I actually got one of them for free be...

My Eye Primers: The Verdict!

It has taken me a long time to put this altogether, but I have finally done it! I decided I wanted to share my thoughts on eye primers I had tried and it turned out that I had ten, so I thought I would test them and find out which one worked best for me. I have split them into two categories (High End/Low End) and I aim to rank them from #1 to #10 on which is the longest wearing. Let’s look at the primers I will be testing. HIGH END URBAN DECAY PRIMER POTION PRICE: £17.50 SIZE: 10ml SHADES: Original, Anti-ageing, Freebase, Eden, Fix, Minor Sin, Sin and Caffeine APPLICATION: Squeeze tube without a nozzle, but also has a sponge stick applicator PROMISES: Non-creasing, gives you vibrant eyeshadows WHERE TO BUY: UrbanDecay.co.uk (UK) & Sephora (USA) I like to think that this primer is my favourite as I love the packaging (purple is my favourite colour). It is potion bottle inspired and it is the first primer I remember ever seeing and wanting. The packa...
