Too Faced Love Flush Blush Wardrobe

I have had this blush palette for a long time now, but I have only recently started to use it. I know it was released last year and I believe it was limited edition, but you can still find it for sale on the Too Faced website.
The packaging is long, thin and sleek. It is made out of thick cardboard and rectangular shaped. It has a pretty heart design on the front and product information printed on the back. It has a magnetic closing and when you lift the lid it reveals a small narrow mirror and the product pans.
You get six 2.0g blushes in heart shaped pans. Each shade is also available in a full sized single heart shaped compact.
LOVE HANGOVER - light pink coral
BABY LOVE - medium rosy pink
I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU - bright coral orange
HOW DEEP IS YOUR LOVE? - medium pink coral
JUSTIFY MY LOVE - bright bubblegum pink
YOUR LOVE IS KING - medium rosy plum

These blushes should be long wearing (16 hours+), fade-proof, smudge-proof and richly pigmented.

It is a really great palette, especially because it gives you a little taste of each shade that’s available in full size. That is the main reason I bought this palette. I was interested in a couple of shades, but I wasn’t too sure. I actually like all six shades now! The shades are beautiful and the shade names are all named after love songs. They are long wearing and really pigmented, but I don’t find myself ever needing to wear make-up for sixteen hours! They apply like any other powder blush and I haven’t experienced any smudging with any blush. I found that when it came to removing the make-up, it didn’t quite look as fresh as when I first applied it, so it must have faded slightly throughout the day. I suppose it depends on what base you are wearing and what activities you do. Overall I definitely recommend this blush palette and it is worth picking up before it sells out.

My Eye Primers: The Verdict!

It has taken me a long time to put this altogether, but I have finally done it! I decided I wanted to share my thoughts on eye primers I had tried and it turned out that I had ten, so I thought I would test them and find out which one worked best for me. I have split them into two categories (High End/Low End) and I aim to rank them from #1 to #10 on which is the longest wearing. Let’s look at the primers I will be testing. HIGH END URBAN DECAY PRIMER POTION PRICE: £17.50 SIZE: 10ml SHADES: Original, Anti-ageing, Freebase, Eden, Fix, Minor Sin, Sin and Caffeine APPLICATION: Squeeze tube without a nozzle, but also has a sponge stick applicator PROMISES: Non-creasing, gives you vibrant eyeshadows WHERE TO BUY: UrbanDecay.co.uk (UK) & Sephora (USA) I like to think that this primer is my favourite as I love the packaging (purple is my favourite colour). It is potion bottle inspired and it is the first primer I remember ever seeing and wanting. The packa...

Perfume Power! - Next 'Paradise'

I first smelt this perfume after receiving it in a mini gift set about ten years ago and I have loved it ever since. This 100ml size is my first bottle of it though, other than the tester/sample size. The bottle is quite tall and it is a sort of clutch bag shape if you turn it on its side. The bottle is a simple design and you can easily see how much perfume you have. On mine the spray pump sometimes gets stuck in the band around the neck of the bottle, but the problem is easily solved. I can’t find a specific note list anywhere for this perfume, but on Next’s site it is described as, "a light fruity fragrance with white florals and green notes". To me it smells really fruity and fresh. It is also multifunctional because it is quite strong and sexy, so perfect for a night out, but it is also not too overpowering and smells fresh and fruity enough for day time wear. It is actually an eau de toilette, which means that it is less concentrated, but I find that it is st...
