I have previously owned the original Lovestruck fragrance and I thought I would test this one because purple is my favourite colour and I love the bottle design. It is Lovestruck Floral Rush by Vera Wang and it is a 1.2ml spritzer sample of the eau de parfum. “Sparkling. Captivating. Unforgettable. A floral bouquet blooming with instant attraction”. It contains a mixture notes such as; Champagne, Pink Pepper, Freesia, Marigold, Ambergris and Musk. The champagne note is quite strong and it is definitely more floral than the original Lovestruck scent. The pink pepper note is also detectable and it gives you that spicy kind of scent. I don’t think it smells as fresh as the original but it is very nice. I think I prefer the original, but this version is more mature. I’m not sure if I want to purchase a full size bottle though! I was shopping in Morrison’s just before Black Friday and came across a discount perfume stand. They don’t actually sell perfumes, so I thought it was a bit odd but I decided to have a look and came across this scent. I had been wanting to test it for years but never got around to it. I decided to risk it and buy it as it was only £10.00. I got the 30ml bottle in the eau de toilette. The bottle is heart shaped and is made of thick clear glass and it has a sort of flat diamond shape base to enable it to stand up. The perfume liquid is a light lilac colour. The gold metal cap is crown shaped and has lilac stones stuck around it. The writing on the bottle is in dark purple and has the brand name in bold letters and the fragrance name in a calligraphy type font. It has a regular gold spritzer to dispense the scent. I received this perfume as a gift a couple of years ago, but I had heard about it before. The bottle design is the same as the previous Princess fragrances, but it has a rock twist. It has a darker theme, a black heart with silver patterns on the front. I actually really like the bottle design, that is what appealed to me the most, plus around the neck of the bottle you can remove the band and wear it as a ring. The fragrance notes are:- Top Notes: Peach, Raspberry & Bergamot Middle Notes: Heliotrope, Rose, Jasmine & Lily Base Notes: Cashmere Wood, Musk, Iris & Coconut To me it doesn’t really smell of anything and what I can smell is very weak and watered down. It kind of smells a bit like sweet alcohol. Although it has quite a few fruits in it, I can’t really smell any of them; I can smell the floral scents and a hint of musk, but it is not overpowering and it doesn’t last long on the skin, unless you spray tons, but the fragrance is nothing special....
