I have purchased a hell of a lot of beauty related items between Christmas, New Year and beyond, I have completely gone mental!!! I can’t quite believe how much I have purchased or spent. I got discounts off the majority of the items, but it is still a lot to process. I thought I may as well share with you what I purchased. From BeautyBay.com, I got the Melt Cosmetics Eyeshadow Stack in Haze , ZOEVA Classic Brush Holder , RINCÓN Sugar Rush Palette and the BPERFECT Stacey Marie Carnival Palette . I already have three of the brush holders and I am also interested in getting another eyeshadow stack in the not so distant future. I originally saw this stack a month or so ago, but I was put off by the price, when I saw it discounted just after Christmas, I took advantage. It is not long now until New Year and as you can see from the title, I have reactivated my Glossybox subscription, AGAIN! My last box was September 2016. I got this box for £7.00 as there was a ‘first box’ discount offer and the postage was £3.25. I couldn’t get the Christmas ‘All That Glitters’ box, so I was sent this one instead. The sticker on the side of the box said this was the ‘Glossy V11 Dec 18’ box. The products I received are:- WET ONES BE FRESH WIPES I have seen these wipes before in supermarkets and they are just usual wet wipes. I recently made three online orders and I thought I would share with you what I bought. From FeelUnique.com, I purchased three Urban Decay Single Eyeshadows in Chopper , Verve and YDK . I already have these shades in palettes, but I am going to declutter a few more palettes and these were my favourite shades from the palettes I am getting rid of. From MAC, I purchased three Liptensity Lipsticks in Brick Dust , Doe and King Salmon . I also received six free samples with this order; Neoprene Bag, Upward Lash Mascara , Prep+Prime Natural Radiance Base , Cleanse Off Oil , In Extreme Dimension 3D Lash Mascara and Strobe Cream . I actually had an issue with this order because they sent me the Matte Lipstick in Viva Glam III , instead of one of my Liptensity lipsticks. I thought I would share some swatches of the last three MAC lipsticks I bought. I bought them quite a while ago and when I put them side by side in the tube, it was funny how similar they looked, but when swatched you do notice the difference. The lipsticks retail for £16.50 and you get 3g of product in the tube. The Velvet Teddy version I have is in the Shadescents packaging, which means you can also get a MAC perfume inspired by the shade. The shade is also available in the regular black packaging, but I chose this packaging because it was the same price and it looks more special. FAUX (S) - muted mauve pink TWIG (S) - soft muted brown pink VELVET TEDDY (M) - deep tone beige My favourite out of three is Twig and it is the perfect shade for the autumn/fall season. My MAC lipstick collection is coming on quite nicely and I can’t wait to buy more shades. ♥ ♥ ♥

I have decided to do a sort of swatch post today, but I have included a little more information than I usually would for a simple swatch post. Jeffree Star Cosmetics recently came out with a new Summer Chrome Collection of products and I decided I wanted to purchase something, but wasn’t quite sure what at first. The whole collection includes; 8 Velour Liquid Lipsticks, 3 Velour Lip Scrubs, 5 Lip Ammunitions™, 2 Skin Frosts™ and various lip gift sets. I decided to pick up two items from the collection, both are lip products. I got a Velour Liquid Lipstick in Calabasas , which was £16.00 for 5.4ml. I also got a Lip Ammunition™ in Birthday Suit , which was £16.00 for 3.4g. I have a MAC haul today. I didn’t buy as much as last time, but I am happy with my purchases. I got a small bottle of the Prep + Prime Fix+ . It would have worked out less expensive for me to buy the full size bottle, but I just wanted to try it out and I wasn’t sure if I would use it very often so didn’t want to be stuck with a big bottle of it. I bought a Liptensity Lipstick in Smoked Almond (bright rose-brown) . I have seen these lipsticks online before and didn’t really know too much about them, but the packaging always caught my eye. I decided to pick one up and try it out. Lastly, I bought an Eye Shadow X 9 Palette in Burgundy Times Nine (Honey Lust, Poppyseed, Quarry, Antiqued, Embark, #Noir, Haux, Star Violet & Sketch) . The shades just appealed to me and I don’t own very many eyeshadows from MAC. I wasn’t expecting the palette to be so small. Each eyeshadow is just 0.8g. I am reviewing some Jeffree Star Cosmetics products I recently picked up from BeautyBay.com. For those that don’t know, Jeffree Star is a Beauty YouTuber who has his own make-up brand. I have only recently become a fan and I can’t quite remember how! I like his make-up videos because they are honest and when he does tutorials it is like he is actually teaching you. I dislike the voiceover/quick cut edited tutorials most YouTubers create. He mostly uses really expensive high end products, but he is up front about it and it isn’t because he is snobby. I think he mentioned that he had some bad experiences with drugstore products when he first started out with make-up, so the higher end brands tended to be more quality made. As we all know, the quality of make-up has dramatically changed over the years, so he is gradually trying out more drugstore brands on his channel. It is very similar but there is a slight difference as well as Syrup being in a lustre finish. Ex-Girlfriend - sheer nude rose with pink shimmer You get 3.4g of this lipstick and the packaging is gorgeous! The outer box is gold and white themed with stripes and the lipstick tube itself follows the same theme, but in gold and black. It kind of has the old UD lipstick tube style. You lift the whole cap off and then twist the bottom to dispense the lipstick. It also has the traditional lipstick shape, not like the UD Revolution lipsticks. This lipstick is also unscented, really creamy and immensely pigmented. Overall this is an amazing lip product. The whole packaging is so attractive and this colour is beautiful. Say hello to the first Glossybox of the year! Let’s see what goodies I received this month: UNANI Dermo Defense Face Mask | 100ml - £11.36 | I’m not really into face masks, but I do use them. I will be giving this ago and it smells quite nice too. Teeez Cosmetics Oasis Gem Lipstick in Coral Onyx | 2g - £11.93 | The packaging for this product is quite funky and the shade looks really bright. It is a matte shade. It applies quite nice and slightly sheer, but the colour can be built up. It also has that old fashioned powder pearls smell (if you know what I mean), which is actually quite nice. ANGÈLE Paris Nail Lacquer in Red | 2ml - £6.32 | This is a really nice red shade; it’s what I call a proper red shade because when you apply the first coat it doesn’t look like a streaky pink (like cheap red nail polishes).
