Perfume Power! - Taylor Swift 'Wonderstruck'

I actually received this as a free sample size (1.2ml), but I decided to do a review anyway, because you get enough of the scent to be able to give it a proper review, like you would a bottle size. * Click here to see what the sample looks like *

The bottle design looks very pretty and definitely something I would love to have. The charms around the neck also look lovely, but MissBudgetBeauty bought it in 30ml and it didn’t have the charms, so the charms must be exclusive to the bigger sizes, which is a shame seeing as though I tend to buy 30ml, unless I really love the scent.

The fragrance notes are:-

Top Notes: Freesia, Green Tea, Blackberry, Raspberry & Apple Blossom
Middle Notes: Vanilla, Honeysuckle & Hibiscus
Base Notes: Musk, Sandalwood, Amber & Peach

It does smell really nice and not as young as you would expect, it reminds me of a fruitier Loverdose by Diesel, without the liquorice. I can smell the peach, raspberry, apple blossom and vanilla notes and it lasts about an hour at full power on the skin, and because it is not overpowering and strong smelling. It lasts quite a few hours, like most perfumes tend to.

Overall I don’t think I will be buying it. It smells really lovely, but I'm not completely sure it's for me, but you never know!

Also in June 2012 Taylor Swift released another version of the perfume in the USA called Enchanted Wonderstruck, which is in a red bottle, of the same design.

Review: Rimmel Match Perfection

Match Perfection Foundation This one of my sisters favourite foundations and I was looking to try a new one, so I thought I would give this one try. The packaging is made of glass and it has a cylindrical shape, with the Rimmel logo and product name printed in the centre on a bit of plastic tape. The cap is a slanted cylindrical shape made of plastic and it is a navy blue colour with a slight sparkle sheen. This product has a navy plastic pump, which dispenses the foundation. All the relevant information is printed on the back, like the majority of foundations. It is also packaged in a plastic wrapper with a security tag. The formula is very thin and you get 30ml of product in the bottle and I have it in the shade 100 Ivory. This foundation has SPF 18 in it, so it is sun safe and it is mean’t to last all day. The coverage is medium to full and it is supposed to look natural and be undetectable under light, which means people shouldn’t be able to tell you are wearing it, ev...

Impulsive Spraying....

Spray me, I’m Impulsive.... This is a review on canned body sprays I have tried and some I still have because I love them. I was initially going to just review the Impulse ones, but I decided to include the Wilko’s ones too as a less expensive option, plus I love one of them. Impulse Impulse is a perfume deodorant/body spray brand, which is part of the Unilever brand of products. It was first launched in 1972 in South Africa, but only launched in the UK in 1981. They have a wide range of scents compatible for all females of all ages. I have also tried Very Pink , but I used it up a while ago and didn’t want to re-purchase it just for this review, but it was a very nice scent, but not one I would re-purchase. I have also tested a Hint of Musk , when I was younger and I didn’t like it! I have also got two other one’s to try, which I will do a separate review on and they are Loving Words and Love Puzzle . True Love I first knew of this scent when I received it in a gift...
