Haul: Recent Purchases #6

I thought I would share a haul with you today. I have made several purchases here and there since my last haul, but I thought I would share these items with you today and I purchased them all around the same time.

First of all I purchased a few things from FeelUnique.com. I bought the Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Setting Powder, Urban Decay De-Slick Complexion Primer, Maybelline Baby Skin Primer and Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipsticks in Believer and Heroine. I also received two skincare samples with this order and got my Platinum Member discount off all of the Urban Decay products.

I also made a small Jeffree Star Cosmetics order on BeautyBay.com. I purchased two Velour Liquid Lipsticks in Anna Nicole and Leo and Reflective Make-Up Bag in Dark Blue. I also wanted the Pumpkin Pie liquid lipstick from JSC, but it was out of stock. I am also interested in the Flamethrower shade as well, but it is such a bright block orange shade and it kind of scares me a little!

I have been buying a lot of new products lately. I could probably do one of these posts once a week! I am hoping to curb my spending a little now as a lot of brands holiday collections have already been released and I haven’t really bought anything or seen anything I want. I would like to get the HUDA BEAUTY The New Nude Palette next, but I really do not need it!

Boots.com Haul #2 + Blog Sale Purchase

I thought I would share a haul with you today. I haven’t done one for a while but I recently ordered a few items from Boots and I wanted to let you know about it. I bought the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette , which includes two sample sachets of the deep cleansing gel. I have been waiting for something like this and I cannot wait to try it. I simply refuse to buy the Sigma version, plus I don’t think it needs to be that big. I also got a packet of the Oral-B Precision Clean Electric Toothbrush Heads because they were on offer and I got eight for the price of four. I got four tubes of the Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Hand Sanitiser because I absolutely love the scent and I wanted to put them in difference rooms so they are always to hand when needed. Serial Sampler #31

This is a new perfume release for this year. I came across it by pure chance when I was asked to choose some free samples when I made a FeelUnique.com order. This scent was one of the two I chose to receive. It is Irresistible by GIVENCHY and it is a 1ml spritzer sample of the eau de parfum. “ Rose effervescent. Luscious rose dancing with radiant blond wood ” It contains a mixture of notes such as; Pear, Ambrette, Rose, Iris, Virginia Cedar and Musk. When it is first sprayed, it kind of smells like soap. As it starts to dry down, it still smells slightly soapy but the ambrette, rose, iris and musk notes start to peek through. Once it has fully dried down it smells less soapy and more florally. It is definitely a more soft mature scent. It does smell nice, fresh and does remind me of spring. It isn’t a scent I am typically drawn to, so I probably will not buy a bottle of it. I received this perfume sample for FREE when I spent over a certain amount of money on a LookFantastic.com order. I actually purchased the full sized bottle (90ml) of the Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau de Parfum. It is My Way by Armani and it is a 1.2ml spritzer sample of the eau de parfum. It contains a mixture of notes such as; Bergamot, Orange Blossom, Tuberose, Indian Jasmine, Madagascar Vanilla, White Musk and Virginian Cedar. This strikes me as a mature scent. It smells like something I have tested before, but I can’t quite recall the name of it. It is a very delicate and light fragrance and is definitely floral based. It is not my typical scent, but I do appreciate it. I can really smell the bergamot, tuberose, jasmine and musk notes. I would recommend it, but I personally wouldn’t wear it.
