EOTD #3 - Working Girl

Because I am now working I don’t have time to put too much make-up on in the morning, plus it can look unprofessional, seeing as though I work at a dental surgery! So I have opted for a simpler eye look lately, especially during the week whilst I am working.

On my eyelids I am wearing MAC Paint Pot in Rubenesque and then on my lower lashline I have used e.l.f Eyelid Primer and then Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Half Baked and for mascara I have used Max Factor False Lash Effect Fusion in Black. On my brows I used my usual Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil in 002 Hazel and then 2true Instant Colour Mascara in 1 Clear as my brow gel.

For my face I used Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid Foundation in 004 Light Porcelain all over my face and e.l.f Tone Correcting Concealers in Rosy Beige and Ivory under my eyes and on any redness or blemishes. Today I decided to put some Benefit High Beam on my cheekbones and use my new Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in 001 Transparent all over my face.

I did not put anything on my lips!

Right I must get my hair done and get ready to go out and catch my bus, BYE!

Perfume Power! - Sarah Jessica Parker 'Covet'

I bought this perfume back in March. I tested it a couple of years ago and I thought I liked it, but since buying it my opinion has slightly changed. The bottle design is a flower. The cap looks like petals and the base of the bottle is rounded, so to me it looks like a flower. It is clear glass and the liquid is a green/yellow colour. I really like the bottle design; it is very feminine and will look cute sat on a dressing table. I can smell the musk, lily of the valley and sicilian lemon, but I can’t pick out any other of the notes. If chocolate wasn’t listed, I would never have known it was in there! Boots.com Haul #2 + Blog Sale Purchase

I thought I would share a haul with you today. I haven’t done one for a while but I recently ordered a few items from Boots and I wanted to let you know about it. I bought the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette , which includes two sample sachets of the deep cleansing gel. I have been waiting for something like this and I cannot wait to try it. I simply refuse to buy the Sigma version, plus I don’t think it needs to be that big. I also got a packet of the Oral-B Precision Clean Electric Toothbrush Heads because they were on offer and I got eight for the price of four. I got four tubes of the Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Hand Sanitiser because I absolutely love the scent and I wanted to put them in difference rooms so they are always to hand when needed.
