EOTD #3 - Working Girl

Because I am now working I don’t have time to put too much make-up on in the morning, plus it can look unprofessional, seeing as though I work at a dental surgery! So I have opted for a simpler eye look lately, especially during the week whilst I am working.

On my eyelids I am wearing MAC Paint Pot in Rubenesque and then on my lower lashline I have used e.l.f Eyelid Primer and then Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Half Baked and for mascara I have used Max Factor False Lash Effect Fusion in Black. On my brows I used my usual Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil in 002 Hazel and then 2true Instant Colour Mascara in 1 Clear as my brow gel.

For my face I used Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid Foundation in 004 Light Porcelain all over my face and e.l.f Tone Correcting Concealers in Rosy Beige and Ivory under my eyes and on any redness or blemishes. Today I decided to put some Benefit High Beam on my cheekbones and use my new Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in 001 Transparent all over my face.

I did not put anything on my lips!

Right I must get my hair done and get ready to go out and catch my bus, BYE!

Jeffree Star Cosmetics: Summer Chrome Collection 2017

I have decided to do a sort of swatch post today, but I have included a little more information than I usually would for a simple swatch post. Jeffree Star Cosmetics recently came out with a new Summer Chrome Collection of products and I decided I wanted to purchase something, but wasn’t quite sure what at first. The whole collection includes; 8 Velour Liquid Lipsticks, 3 Velour Lip Scrubs, 5 Lip Ammunitions™, 2 Skin Frosts™ and various lip gift sets. I decided to pick up two items from the collection, both are lip products. I got a Velour Liquid Lipstick in Calabasas , which was £16.00 for 5.4ml. I also got a Lip Ammunition™ in Birthday Suit , which was £16.00 for 3.4g. Boots.com Haul #2 + Blog Sale Purchase

I thought I would share a haul with you today. I haven’t done one for a while but I recently ordered a few items from Boots and I wanted to let you know about it. I bought the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette , which includes two sample sachets of the deep cleansing gel. I have been waiting for something like this and I cannot wait to try it. I simply refuse to buy the Sigma version, plus I don’t think it needs to be that big. I also got a packet of the Oral-B Precision Clean Electric Toothbrush Heads because they were on offer and I got eight for the price of four. I got four tubes of the Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Hand Sanitiser because I absolutely love the scent and I wanted to put them in difference rooms so they are always to hand when needed. Natural Collection by Boots - Body Sprays

I bought these online a while ago, mainly because I was obsessed with finding an apple scented body spray and I found one from Natural Collection and then I saw two other scents I wanted to test. I got all three because they were not sold in my store and I knew they would smell nice and they can also be used as room and linen sprays. There are a total of six scents on the site at the moment. Wild Strawberry, which my sister had and we both didn’t like it because it was really strong and sickly sweet. I also tested the Ice Musk and I didn’t like it and I haven’t tried the Vanilla, but I’m not keen on vanilla scents anyway and I know I wouldn’t like it. The last one is Samphire and Sea Minerals, which I haven’t tried before, but it sounds nice and on reviews people have said it is really clean and fresh smelling, so I might have to go and have a sniff sometime.
