Boots.com Haul #1

I have another naughty haul for you today. It is kind of justified though and a couple of the products I have been waiting to buy for a long time.

Firstly I got two gift sets because they were still half price. I got the Dove Radiance Duo Gift Set, which includes two body washes in Revive Pomegranate & Lemon Verbena, Burst Nectarine & White Ginger and a shower puff. Soap & Glory Bubble Barrelled Gift Set, which includes six miniature sizes of Clean On Me, Hand Food, The Scrub of Your Life, Heel Genius, Glad Hair Day, The Righteous Butter and a headband, which all come inside a beautiful shower bag. For regular purchases I got the Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Peel Off Face Mask and Soap & Glory Rich and Foamous Body Wash. Lastly, I received two sample sachets of Nivea Cellular Anti-Age Skin Rejuvenation Day Cream.

I bought this order with the Boots Advantage Card Points I had been saving. I was waiting to get a wash bag from Soap & Glory, which is £16 and I happen to come across the gift set I got and thought it was a lot cheaper and prettier than the one I was going to get. Overall I am happy with my purchases and it didn’t really cost me anything. I also got it shipped to my local store for free, so all I needed to do was collect it on my way home from work!

I’ve always been interested in trying Escada fragrances, but there are so many to choose from and I didn’t want to risk buying a full size bottle. I came across this little gift set whilst I was shopping online at Boots and clicked buy straight away! All four fragrances are in a tiny, but cute 4ml potion looking bottle. Here are the four scents you get to try:- TURQUOISE SUMMER This bottle is a turquoise/clear theme and contains the notes; pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, peach, violet, orange blossom, vanilla, sandalwood and musk. It smells really strong of orange blossom and kind of like a car air freshener. It does linger quite a while on the skin, but it is not really a strong scent. Overall I don’t like this scent. Serial Sampler #41

An advertisement popped up on Facebook with an offer of a free sample of this new fragrance and I clicked straight away! I have previously tested the original scent of this fragrance line and I loved it, so I was also expecting to like this one.   It is Born In Roma Yellow Dream by Valentino and it is a 1.2ml spritzer sample of the eau de parfum.   “ A floral lift of a thousand rose petals, twisted with a new clean and fresh addiction. ” Launched: 2021   Type: Floral / Feminine (Donna) Notes Top: Italian Lemon. Middle: Rose Essence. Base: Clean Accord and White Musks. This is a very soft and delicate floral scent with a fresh musk hint. It is definitely more floral smelling than the original Born In Roma fragrance. I can’t really detect the Italian Lemon. I can pick-up a fruity sort of hint, but it definitely isn’t lemon to me. Haul: Recent Purchases #3

I just wanted to share with you a few naughty purchases and I’m sure these won’t be the last of this month! From FeelUnique.com I finally got my hands on the Juicy Couture Duo Spray Set , which includes two 7.5ml purse sprays of Viva La Juicy La Fleur and Viva La Juicy . I also bought the Urban Decay Nirvana Build Your Own Quad Palette , as I eventually plan on buying some single UD eyeshadows and need somewhere cute to house them. Lastly, after deciding against the purchase, I listened to the little devil on my shoulder and got theBalm Balmsai Palette . From AllBeauty.com I bought a bigger size of the DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom Perfume (50ml). I am still working my way through the 30ml, but I just couldn’t pass on the sale discount and I love the scent. I also decided to buy a 30ml bottle of Britney Spears Curious Perfume .
