Perfume Power! - Paco Rabanne 'Lady Million'

This review has been a long time coming because I have been wearing this scent for over two years. I saw it on television adverts, but first smelled it in Superdrug and instantly fell in love with it. I find the scent iconic and when I smell it anywhere, I know exactly what it is. It is one of my favourite smells in the whole world and I always close my eyes when I first smell it. Sometimes I just sit there sniffing the bottle, that is how addicted to the scent I am! The bottle is sort of diamond shaped and made of glass with a gold shiny plastic lid covering. There is a gap near the bottom of the bottle where the spritzer is. The part where the perfume name is engraved is where press to dispense the fragrance from the spritzer. The fragrance notes are:- Top Notes: Neroli, Amalfi Lemon & Raspberry Middle Notes: Jasmine, African Orange Flower & Gardenia Base Notes: Patchouli, White Honey & Amber I do like the bottle design as it is simple and compact. ...

Hello everyone, As you can see from the title of this post, I have decided to quit blogging!. Blogging has been a part of my life for over 11 years and I have enjoyed it a lot and it has also been a form of therapy for me. But it’s now time to leave, my life has evolved so much this last year and a half and I am now looking forward to exploring new things. I have also closed my blog e-mail address, Twitter account and Bloglovin account. I will be leaving up all of my posts, but I have turned off new comments. Serial Sampler #35

I have another perfume sampler today. I can’t remember how I got the sample or how long I’ve had it, but I thought it was about time to give it a whiff! It is BonBon by Viktor & Rolf and it is a 1.5ml spritzer sample of the eau de parfum. Launched: 2014 Type: Floral & Fruity Notes Top: Peach, Mandarin Orange and Orange. Middle: Caramel, Orange Blossom and Jasmine. Base: Amber, Sandalwood, Guaiac Wood and Cedar. This is a delicate scent and I definitely get the floral and fruity notes. I can mostly smell the orange blossom, jasmine and amber, with a slight hint of caramel. It smells quite strong when you first spray it and then it tones down a bit. It is a nice scent, but it isn’t unique. I was expecting it to smell a little bit sweeter. I would wear it, but I won’t be purchasing a bottle any time soon.
