My Current Favourite Songs #2

I thought I would do an updated version of my current favourite songs post. If you read my last post then you know that I don’t really keep up-to-date with music, I tend to hear most songs long after they were first released, hence why some of my current favourites are years old! I posted my first version of this post on 21st April 2020, I will put a ‘♥’ next to any songs that were my favourites last time and still are currently. All songs are listed in no particular order.

I do really enjoy songs that make you want to dance and I love the dancing in the music videos, hence the three rap songs listed. All three songs have specific dances in their music videos. I wasn’t necessarily keen on the lyrics of the songs at first, but they grew on me. You just can’t help but move your hips/body to the beats! My favourite musical artist at the moment definitely has to be Ava Max. I can listen to anything she releases, but my absolute favourites are listed above. Hopefully there are more favourites to come. I don’t think I have actually heard any new music yet this year and we are already fourteen days in! I probably should look through the music charts, but if it is mean’t to be I will hear it somehow eventually, even if it takes me months or years to find it!

Perfume Power! - Taylor Swift 'Wonderstruck'

Photo: HerWorldPlus.com I actually received this as a free sample size (1.2ml), but I decided to do a review anyway, because you get enough of the scent to be able to give it a proper review, like you would a bottle size. * Click here to see what the sample looks like * The bottle design looks very pretty and definitely something I would love to have. The charms around the neck also look lovely, but MissBudgetBeauty bought it in 30ml and it didn’t have the charms, so the charms must be exclusive to the bigger sizes, which is a shame seeing as though I tend to buy 30ml, unless I really love the scent. The fragrance notes are:- Top Notes: Freesia, Green Tea, Blackberry, Raspberry & Apple Blossom Middle Notes: Vanilla, Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Base Notes: Musk, Sandalwood, Amber & Peach It does smell really nice and not as young as you would expect, it reminds me of a fruitier Loverdose by Diesel, without the liquorice. I can smell the peach, raspberry...

BPERFECT Cosmetics X Stacey Marie Carnival Palette

I’ve had this palette for a little while now and I am interested in buying the newest version, Carnival III: Love Tahiti . I thought I would let you know what I thought of the original Carnival Palette. Stacey Marie is a makeup artist. I had actually never heard of her before I bought this palette! THE PACKAGING The palette is quite large and it is made out of black cardboard with a rectangular shape. It has bright colour powdery imagery all-over as the design. It also has a magnetic closing, which you lift up to reveal the inside of the palette. The square powder pans are arranged on a black base with the shade names printed underneath each pan in a white font. The highlighters are to the left and the eyeshadows to the right. There is also a mirror. THE POWDERS & FORMULA You get twenty-four eyeshadows in Matte (M), Metallic (ME) and Shimmer (S) finishes and two shimmery highlighters. The net weight of this palette is 48g. ·      ...

Perfume Power! - Soap & Glory™ 'Eau De Soap & Glory'

I bought this because I already had the first Soap & Glory perfume and I really loved the Mist You Madly line scent. The bottle is cuboid shaped and made of opaque black glass. It has a regular perfume spritzer and the cap is clear plastic and T shaped with a pink woollen sash wrapped around the base. On the front of the bottle there is a pink foiled sticker with the Soap & Glory logo. The fragrance notes are:- Bergamot, Cassis, Magnolia, Freesia, Vanilla & Musk This perfume is a strong florally and musky scent. It is quite sweet, but not overpowering. The bottle is also a classic design, so you can re-use as decoration if you peel the sticker off the front. It is the Formula 2 scent, which is what some of Soap & Glory products smell like (The Daily Smooth, Clean Girls, Mist You Madly etc.). I can really smell the bergamot, freesia and musk. It has a sort of masculine smell and does last for a while on your skin. It is a must have if you love the Mist...
