MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS

I did wonder if there would be an ELEMIS face cream in this year’s calendar. I currently use the ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Marine Cream and I really like it, but it is expensive. The ELEMIS face creams tend to have a natural scent that isn’t over powering. The Marine Cream and this Oxygenating Cream have a light sort of algae scent, if you have smelled them you will know what I mean. I can’t wait to start using this cream. Even if it is amazing, I probably wouldn’t purchase it at its full price. I would consider it if there was a discount, which is why I purchased the Marine Cream.

Boots.com Haul #2 + Blog Sale Purchase

I thought I would share a haul with you today. I haven’t done one for a while but I recently ordered a few items from Boots and I wanted to let you know about it. I bought the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette , which includes two sample sachets of the deep cleansing gel. I have been waiting for something like this and I cannot wait to try it. e.l.f Earth & Ocean Palette

I haven’t purchased anything from e.l.f in the longest time. I happened upon a post of this palette on Instagram and the complimentary comments really peaked my interest in trying it for myself. Palettes I have tried from e.l.f. in the past haven’t been the greatest of quality; I kind of associate the brand as being for children, beginners or natural beauty wearers. I was also interested in the Retro Paradise Palette , but I thought I would get more use out of this one at the moment. THE PACKAGING The packaging is quite simple with a clear/black outlined plastic rectangular shape. The fronting is transparent so that you can see the eyeshadows from the outside of the palette. It has a clip closing, which you push apart to reveal the inside. The square eyeshadow pans are spread out across a black base and the shade names are printed in grey font under each pan.
