APPLICATION

Apply 4-12 drops to the face and lower neckline daily, massaging into the skin with circular motions. Avoid the eye area. Wash your hands straight after application. Follow with a moisturiser before applying make-up. Additional drops will increase the depth in colour.

MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS

This is not a product that interests me at all. I am into regular face serums, but not tanning products (I’m happy pale/don’t mind a safe natural sun tan). The packaging feels quite luxurious and it does smell amazing, that is as quite as far as I am willing to test it. I would recommend that you look into it if you are after a more natural looking self-tan product with added skin benefits.

Charlotte Tilbury Starry Eyes To Hypnotise Instant Eye Palette

I purchased this palette as I most recently picked up the Charlotte Tilbury Bejewelled Eyes To Hypnotise Instant Eye Palette and fell in love with it. I had also previously owned the Charlotte Tilbury Stars-In-Your-Eyes Palette and the quality was the same as the Bejewelled version, so I was expecting and hoping this Starry version would be the same. THE PACKAGING The packaging is made of metallic royal blue plastic and it has a long, thin and rectangular shape. It has a glittery silver starburst design across the front. I believe all of these particular palettes have the same starburst design, but the colour varies from palette to palette. It has a magnetic closing, which you lift up to reveal the rectangular eyeshadow pans arranged in threes across a mirrored gold base. The group names are printed in dark brown font under each group of three. The shades don’t really have names, but there is a plastic insert included which labels the eyeshadows as 1 Prime, 2 Enhance or 3 Smoke. There ...

ZOEVA Rose Golden Palette

I saw this palette a while ago on a beauty blog and instantly knew I had to have it. It’s not long launched here in the UK, but it’s already a cult favourite! I just adore the packaging, everything about it! It’s made out of cardboard, but it feels sturdy and durable and it is a gorgeous kind of coffee/red velvet chocolate colour. It has a beautiful rose gold design on the front, with swirls and then a centered key. It has a magnetic closing, which is quite strong because if you hold it from the top when closed and give it a shake, the two parts don’t separate (palette doesn’t open). It has a light feel in general and inside it’s all one beautiful colour and the eyeshadows are well spaced. Around each pan is a rose gold diamond border and underneath in small rose gold letters are the shade names. On the back of the palette is the usual ingredients and other information blurbs.
