MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS

I have previously tried a Rituals body wash and I remember that I loved the scent. This body scrub does smell divine. It looks kind of liquidy in the tub, due to the oils separating when it is resting. If you move the tub around a little, the oils will sink into the sugar again. It doesn’t look like it would be as abrasive as my favourite Soap & Glory Breakfast scrub, but it smells too good to pass up on. I can’t wait to try this!

Boots No7 Limited Edition Beach Beautiful Eye Palette

This was a limited edition product part of a Boots N o 7 Summer Collection available in either 2009 or 2010. Shade 1 - a turquoise green Shade 2 - a light lime green Shade 3 - a light plum purple Shade 4 - a blue tinted silver Shade 5 - a light nutty brown Although the palette looks very nice, the colours are not very pigmented at all and are all shimmery. The colours are also very ashy and crease with and without an eye primer underneath! Had I have not received this product as a gift I would not have purchased it myself! Swatches: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils

Milk (604) - cream, bold & opaque matte white Yoghurt (611) - frosty, light champagne copper These pencils are really creamy and the shade selection is brilliant. I chose two basic shades, one to be a light base and the other to be a highlight. They do crease and can become messy, as you have to sharpen them.
