THE SHADES & SWATCHES
#01 Light -
warm beige champagne
Golden Coral - warm pink with a champagne sheen

MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS
The powders are quite sheer and natural. They both give you a nice natural glow. The highlighter is quite subtle, but it doesn’t leave a cast and it gives you a sort of glass like look effect. The blush gives you a delicate pink flush with a hint of shine. I believe the highlighter is available in a full sized compact and the blush is also available in a full sized duo compact with a different highlighter. I’m personally not into shimmery blushes and I prefer my highlighters to be a bit more intense. I would recommend this duo if you are just starting out in make-up or if you are more into a natural look.

You can purchase the Natasha Denona Blush Glow Duo for £16.00 ($19.00) from NatashaDenona.com.

Soap & Glory Love At First Blush™ Cheek Powder

Love At First Blush - 7.5g Shade 1 - pink pop Shade 2 - soft beige Shade 3 - dusty rose Shade 4 - light pearl 4 Shades Mixed - soft, sandy, rosy pink The shades come across quite sheer and poorly pigmented when swatched on your arm, but on your fingertips they look bright. They are all ultra-shimmery and kind of frosty looking. It gives your cheeks a warm, frosty and rosy look. It is not a bad product, but because of the shimmer I wouldn’t personally wear it. £11 - SoapAndGlory.com

Swatches: Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in 206 Nude Pink

Nude Pink (206) - it is a nude salmon pink with shimmer (frost) It is a beautiful colour and nice and creamy in consistency and although described as a nude pink it comes across more coral and it is very frosty. £4.99 - UK.RimmelLondon.com

Impulsive Spraying....

Spray me, I’m Impulsive.... This is a review on canned body sprays I have tried and some I still have because I love them. I was initially going to just review the Impulse ones, but I decided to include the Wilko’s ones too as a less expensive option, plus I love one of them. Impulse Impulse is a perfume deodorant/body spray brand, which is part of the Unilever brand of products. It was first launched in 1972 in South Africa, but only launched in the UK in 1981. They have a wide range of scents compatible for all females of all ages. I have also tried Very Pink , but I used it up a while ago and didn’t want to re-purchase it just for this review, but it was a very nice scent, but not one I would re-purchase. I have also tested a Hint of Musk , when I was younger and I didn’t like it! I have also got two other one’s to try, which I will do a separate review on and they are Loving Words and Love Puzzle . True Love I first knew of this scent when I received it in a gift...
